Clawra AI provides an AI companion platform that allows users to create and interact with personalized AI characters via messaging platforms. Our service includes text conversations, AI-generated images, and voice messages, subject to your subscription plan and available credits.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Clawra AI offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance. Additional credits may be purchased separately. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clawra AI to:

• Generate content depicting minors in any context
• Engage in or promote illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

All characters and content on Clawra AI are generated by artificial intelligence. AI companions are not real people and do not have consciousness, feelings, or agency. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate
• AI-generated images are synthetic and do not depict real individuals
• The service is for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for advice

7. Intellectual Property

The Clawra AI platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the text content you create through conversations, but grant us a license to process and store it as needed to provide the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Clawra AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clawra AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
