We use three kinds of cookies. Only the last one is optional.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the service to work: they keep you signed in, maintain your session, protect the service against abuse, process payments through Stripe, and store the choice you make in the cookie banner. They also cover the product analytics we rely on to operate and fix the app: PostHog (how the app is used, tied to your account so we can find and fix broken flows) and Microsoft Clarity (how pages are used). None of this is used for advertising. Essential cookies are active by default and cannot be switched off.

Analytics Cookies (optional)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors reach Clawra AI (for example from a search engine or another website) and which pages they visit. Google Analytics sets its cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Marketing Cookies

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services:

  • Stripe: secure payment processing (essential)
  • PostHog: product analytics, hosted in the European Union (essential)
  • Microsoft Clarity: page usage analytics (essential)
  • Google Analytics: traffic and acquisition analytics (only with your consent)

These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Managing Cookies

If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, a cookie banner asks for your choice on the optional cookies before they are set. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Closing the banner without choosing leaves the optional cookies off. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics and removes its cookies from your browser.

  • Delete all cookies when you close your browser
