Clawra AI does not offer refunds for subscription plans or credit packages that have been paid for. However, in certain limited cases, we may be able to offer a refund if we have made a mistake or if there is a technical issue with the service.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription payments are non-refundable. Once purchased, no prorated or full refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service for the remainder of your annual billing period.
3. Credit Purchases
All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable, whether credits have been used or not. Credits are consumed as you use features such as messages, selfies, and voice notes, and cannot be converted back to monetary value.
4. Restrictions on Refunds
Clawra AI reserves the right to deny any refund request that it deems to be frivolous, unreasonable, or not in compliance with this Policy. Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Requests for refunds on any subscription plan or credit purchase already paid for
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service entirely, and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may at our sole discretion offer a partial or full refund. You must contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before any refund consideration.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining time on your subscription.
7. Compliance with Local Refund Policies
This Policy is not intended to restrict any refund policies that may be in place in your country. If your country has a stricter refund policy than this Policy, you will be entitled to the benefits of the stricter policy.
